Curly Sheep Craft for Kids

Easter time is the perfect time to make all kinds of lambs and other Easter-themed crafts. This smooth project is great for all ages, as you can modify it slightly to make it easier or make it more challenging for older kids.

How to make curly sheep crafts for children

What you need:

our printable template (optional) or hand-painted lamb faces and legs
white printing paper
cardboard in any color of your choice
drag
glue

Step-by-step instructions

Print the colorful template or let kids color a printer-friendly version.

Cut paper strips – you can use our template to make them. If you are working with younger children, use less while older children may want to use more strips of paper to make their sheep.

Cut off the sheep’s head and legs.

Place the tip somewhere in the middle and draw it with a pencil. This will make the next steps easier.

Now, ask them to apply glue inside the pencil lines.

It’s time to glue on the paper strips – which will be sheep’s wool.

Have your child roll the strip of paper gently.

Then, apply some glue to the end of the strip.

And press down until the glue hardens.

Have your child repeat the steps with all the strips of paper.

Glue onto the sheep’s head.

Also, attach the pins, placing each pair on one side of the cardboard.

The sheep craft is done!
