DIY Crafts Made from Cactus Rocks – Rock Paint

What you need

  • River rocks come in many different shapes (long oval flat rocks are best)
  • acrylic paint – different shades of green, white (you can also use Tulip 3D paint for spikes)
  • paint brush
  • pot
  • decorative sand

First you need to wash the rock to remove any dirt. Once the rock is clean and dry, paint it green. Allow the paint to dry completely.

Now take white acrylic paint or Tulip paint and draw the spikes. You can draw them in many different ways – dashed lines, pointing in different directions, dots… Let dry

Fill the pot halfway with decorative sand. Insert the painted rock cactus and add decorative sand around it, filling the pot to the brim.

Your rock cactus creation is complete! You now have a plant that never dies 🙂
