Each letter has a fingerprinting feature, and some letters even let you get more creative – all you have to do is dip those cute drawings in finger paint or imprinting ink pads fingerprints, press them down on a piece of paper (or several times in some cases) and doodle with black (and other) markers to bring little characters to life!
So there we were
A – apple (but you can definitely make an ant, an acorn and maybe even a crocodile!).
B – bee (I’m thinking butterflies would work too, definitely balls and balloons – that would definitely be adorable).
C – cat (I also think of carrots and chicks and I’ve seen quite a few cute fingerprinted chicks on Pinterest. Oh and a caterpillar!).
D – dog (same goes for a duck).
E – elephant (you can also make eyes).
F – flower (the frog also looks fun).
G – giraffe (goats, gorillas, grapes are others worth thinking about – it’s perfect for fingerprint art!).
H – horse (heart so easy to pass).
Me – ice cream
J – jellyfish or jelly however you want to call them.
K – key (any type is fun).
L – ladybug (delicious lollipop!).
M – monkey (mouse).
N – nest
O – octopus (owl)
P – pig (pumpkin)
Q – queen
