Handprint Black Cat Craft

There’s still time to plan a quick Halloween craft for kids – make an adorable (and spooky) black cat paw print craft.

Handprinted black cat craft

What you need:

  • black construction paper
  • pencil
  • white or silver gel pen
  • wobble eye patch
  • drag
  • glue

Use a pencil to sketch your hand on a piece of black cardstock.

Cut along the pencil line. Round the palm as shown below. Also cut out a cat head shape (you can draw a circle and draw two triangles to help you)

Let’s decorate our cat! Apply wiggle eye stickers (no need to match the color, make your cat quirky! Aren’t these stickers the best?). Draw details with a silver gel pen. Draw ears, a mouth, a snout, and whiskers! Draw claws on all the fingers except the thumb.

Glue it to the top. Have fun with your handprinted black cat craft – a cute souvenir.
