Drawing this magical girl is really easy and once you’re done, you can also try drawing a princess or a mermaid because these two go so well together!
What you need:
An indispensable book with over 100 easy-to-follow drawing tutorials for kids. With a variety of animals, magical creatures, vehicles, food, plants and more, your kids will never be bored.
Start by drawing a U shape for the face.
Next, draw a curve and a few curves for the eyes, nose and mouth. The face is nicely finished.
Continue drawing the eyelashes on the eye and two circles at the edge of the hairline.
Finish the hair and start drawing the dress this fairy is wearing.
Draw two ponytails growing out from the circles you drew at the edge of the hairline.
Next are the arms and legs. No need to complicate these.
Add details to the dress – a neckline and waistline and draw a star shape. You can also check out our tutorial on how to draw a star.
To make the dress more elegant, add some ruffles to the skirt.
The only thing missing are the wings. This one has butterfly wings, so draw a number 3 (and an upside down 3) on each side.
That’s it! You’ve learned how to draw a fairy, and a cute one at that. All that’s left is to color your drawing.
