When it’s cold outside, gloves are a must!
This paper glove tag is a great way to help your child create a special card or gift to give to a friend or family member.
Check out this tutorial and learn how to make paper cards for all the wonderful people in your life.
Plus, there’s even a place to write a little “note” for the person receiving the card.
What you need:
Start creating these gloves by cutting out the template.
After cutting out the pattern for the gloves, you can draw the pattern on red paper.
Fold it in half.
Take a strip of white paper and use zig-zag scissors to start cutting the strips.
Glue it on top of the red glove.
Place the cotton balls (spread out) on top of the red glove.
Now you can start decorating the gloves however you want.
Cut off excess paper.
Take time to help your child write holiday wishes on the inside of the mittens.
Add additional snowflakes to the inside of the glove.
Let’s see how our glove card turned out!
Here are some ways your child can use this card after school:
Use it as a tree decoration.
If you don’t want to make more than one, use it on the Christmas tree for decoration.
Host a card making party.
Use this card as the main theme to send to friends and family this year.
They can play cards, tell a story or take it everywhere!
Have fun!
