Paper Rosette Ladybug Craft

Gone are the days when you had to ask someone to do a craft with you! You can totally make this Paper Rose Ladybug Craft right at home.

All you need is a little creativity and you will be able to make your own ladybug in no time.

If you are into ladybugs or just want to learn more about them, this craft is for you. It is also great for kids because they get to practice skills they will use throughout their lives. Cutting, folding, gluing, etc. These are all important life skills that can be taught with a simple craft!

How to make a ladybug paper rosette craft

What you need:

  • Red, white and black construction paper
  • Drag
  • Glue
  • Rope

Step by step instructions

Take a piece of red paper and cut it in half.

Take the paper and start folding the fan.

Continue doing this until you see the end of the paper.

Make sure you do this on both sides of the paper.

Place glue on one end of the folded paper.

Continue gluing both pieces of paper together.

Squeeze everything together as shown in the illustration.

Take a piece of string and tie it tightly in the middle.

Spread the papers out in a fan shape.

Glue together to form a circle.

You can start adding dots to make it look like a ladybug. Also, glue the head down.

Once you have finished gluing the head, you can add eyes to the ladybug.

The final product is this gorgeous paper rosette craft. You will love how intricate this ladybug is! Being able to make the rosette part of the craft is the best part.
