There’s nothing easier than making heart tree stamp art using this toilet paper roll. This is a perfect project to make for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, at home or in the classroom.
What we love most about this project is that you can do it with kids of all ages. It’s suitable for toddlers and preschoolers (you’ll have to prepare stamps) and for older kids, they can also make their own toilet roll heart-shaped stamps.

Valentine’s Day crafts for kids are all about hearts and love. This is a wonderful holiday for your little ones to celebrate all the important friendships and loved ones in their lives.
What you need:
Start by printing the tree image on cardstock of your choice.
Now, pour a generous amount of each paint onto a flat surface. We like to use paper plates for this purpose.
Shape each roll of toilet paper into a heart shape (it’s best to use one roll of toilet paper for one color, but you can have your child use the same roll for all).
To do this, fold the top of the cardboard roll in and clamp the bottom.
Have children dip the cardboard roll in paint.
Tape the cardboard roll to the tree.
Continue stamping until you feel the stick is full.
Have your children continue gluing and stacking the hearts until they feel your heart tree is full and complete.
Your child can use a single color or play with more colors.
All that’s left now is to let the paint on the heart tree dry. Then hang it up and show off your child’s dazzling piece of Valentine’s Day art.
With thousands of crafts, activities, worksheets, coloring pages, and drawing guides to print, you’ll always have the resources you need at hand. Perfect for both parents and teachers!
