Cute Chick Pom Pom Craft – Pom Pom Crafts

The pom pom craze continues! Today we’re going to make a cute chick pom pom craft that you can make for Easter decorations (think bunnies are next? 🙂 .

These are so cute and easy to make that you can whip up a few in no time – they make great little decorations for Easter baskets or make great little gifts for friends or family.

Cute Chick Pom Pom Crafts

MaterialsOrange feltYellow feltYellow yarn (Red Heart is used in Bright Yellow)google eyeshot gluescissors

Make two pom poms (there are many techniques you can use to make them, you can check out the “book method” here.

The head is wrapped 100 times around the four fingers, fixed, cut and trimmed. The body is wrapped 150 times around the fingers, fixed, cut and trimmed.

Tie the body and head together, then cut off the head.

Use orange felt to cut two small triangles for the mouth.

Use yellow felt to cut two yellow wings.

Use hot glue to attach the beak, eyes and wings to the chick.

Completed and ready to display or play!
