How to make a dog puppet print

What you need:

  • printable template
  • drag
  • Crayons
  • glue

Step by step instructions

You will start this activity by printing out the template – this is an essential part of the craft.

After printing the template, take some time to color your dog.

Make him or her look amazing by taking the time to color the body and facial features.

Once you have finished coloring, you can start cutting out the template. Take your time with this part.

Once you have everything cut out, you will start folding along the dotted lines.

Fold down the other side where you see the word “glue”.

Press firmly on the fold.

You will apply the glue to the designated areas.

Then press down to keep that puppet part in place.

Once you’re done gluing, you’ll fold the puppet in half along the dotted line.

Next, you will bring your face towards the center.

Now fold the bottom part back.

The mouth should be in the middle so you can add the tongue!

Your hands will slide into the puppet’s upper and lower pockets.

Remember that you can decorate your puppet in any way you like.

Make spots on the dog if that makes your child happy. Now you can spend hours playing with your puppet.
