marshmallow candy

Ingredient:

  • Cup of chocolate ready to melt (I used Baker’s dipping chocolate)
  • 1 bag of Jumbo puffed marshmallows
  • Halloween sprinkles
  • Popsicle sticks or cake popsicles

Directions

1. Prepare a small bowl to sprinkle sprinkles into. Line a dinner plate with wax paper. This is where your finished marshmallows will go.

2. Begin warming the chocolate slowly in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Stirred.

3. Push a stick into one end of the marshmallow. Be careful not to go all the way.

4. Dip the entire marshmallow into the melted chocolate until completely coated. Let excess chocolate drip off.

5- Place the marshmallows over a small bowl and gently shake the sprinkles onto the marshmallows. Don’t roll the marshmallows in sprinkles. This will cause the chocolate to flake and create a mess.

6. Place the marshmallows straight onto the wax paper. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to let the chocolate harden. Serve and enjoy!
