Begin placing tissue paper squares all over the heart paper. Once the bottom heart paper is full, fold the other side of the sticky paper over the top of the paper. Press down gently to avoid wrinkling. Trace the heart template onto the covered paper and cut it out. Use a hole punch to punch a hole in the top center of the heart and thread a piece of red and white string through to hang it in the window.
