Carefully glue the back of the hat to the top of the ice cream dish.Use your fingertip to paint a white circle under the brim, light pink round cheeks and pink/cream oval nose and let dry.Now carefully stick the hot cotton balls onto the brim of the hat.Cut white paper into strips about 1/2″ in size and wrap each strip around the wooden dowel to bend the paper.Hot glue a strand of hair to the bottom of the plate, just below the nose, making sure the curled side of the hair is facing up. Now cut 1″ from two strips and hot glue them to each side of the middle strip. Then cut 1″ from two more strips and glue them to the side of the top pieces and continue until the bottom of Santa’s face is filled with beard. Now unfold and spread out the two cotton balls and place one under the nose and one on top of Santa’s hat.
