Paper Easter Egg Decoration

It’s time to get creative with your Easter eggs! These decorative paper Easter eggs are a great way to add a little creativity and uniqueness to the holiday.

You can hang them on the tree, use them as place cards or even make small gifts out of them.

Children decorated small eggs and hung them on willow branches.

This activity will keep children busy for hours, benefiting both parents and children.

How to make paper Easter egg decorations

What you need:

willow branch

pencil

drag

glue

colored paper (light blue and dark blue, green, purple, pink and yellow)

color marker

silk ribbon

transparent tape

Step by step instructions

Glue the willow branch onto a piece of green paper.

You may have to add a lot of glue to the willow.

Repeat this step – add more branches.

Draw three eggs on green paper and cut them out.

Repeat this step by drawing three eggs on the pink paper. Cut them out.

Continue and repeat the process on the yellow paper.

We also want some blue eggs, so draw and cut out three eggs.

Having different egg colors will make our crafts more beautiful.

Draw and cut out three eggs on purple paper.

Use a marker to draw patterns on the eggs.

You can experiment and draw different designs – we drew zigzag patterns.

We used matching colored markers to design the eggs.

Cut small pieces of thin ribbon.

Create a loop.

Stick the ribbon to the back of the egg with clear tape.

Then hang the eggs on willow branches.

Hang all the eggs in different positions.
