Inexpensive and fun, that’s what paper plate crafting is all about! In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to make a simple bunny paper craft plate that’s perfect for Easter.
This is a great project to do with kids in class because it’s quick and easy to do. Once completed, these paper plate bunnies can be displayed on a bulletin board, creating the ultimate Easter display.

You can keep it simple if you need a quick Easter craft and have the kids leave the paper plates white, or you can let the kids paint their paper plates, making the craft The peacock becomes more adorable.
What you need:
You can leave the paper plate as is because many bunnies are white. You can also let your child draw on a paper plate (all the colors are beautiful).
If you have a paper punch, punch out a series of white circles (especially useful if your child draws on the sheets). These circles will be used to make the eyes.
Cut a triangle or oval from pink paper to make the bunny’s nose.
Glue the eyes and nose onto the paper.
Make eyes with a black marker.
Let the children draw their mouths too!
You can also have your child draw white spots inside the eyes.
Now it’s time to create those adorable bunny ears!
You can cut out parts of the ear using colored paper or you can let your child draw the pink part directly on the paper plate.
Either way, it will look perfect.
Take another paper plate and cut it in half (and trim a little). These will be the bunny’s ears.
Have your child glue pink ear shapes on top of each half.
Then glue the entire rabbit ear to the back of the rabbit’s head.
Your paper plate bunny now has the sweetest ears.
With the bunny’s face and ears ready, kids are free to add some final touches (they can use crayons to draw the whiskers).
With just a few simple steps, you and your kids will create an adorable paper plate bunny that will bring smiles to everyone around you.
Display it proudly or share it with friends and family to spread the love for Easter crafts.
You can use colored cardstock instead of a second paper plate to make the bunny ears. Although making a white bunny is very simple, we think colored bunnies look even cuter.
You can also accentuate bunnies by adding bows or flowers to their ears.
Why not add rabbit feet for more cuteness?
Wishing you successful manufacturing!
