With a simple paper plate, you can help your child create their own dinosaur that they can play with for hours!

Dinosaurs have always been a favorite of children, it’s no secret that by preschool and kindergarten age, children know millions of dinosaur names. It’s fun to make all kinds of dinosaur-themed crafts, like this papier-mâché dinosaur or these dinosaur egg cards.
Alternatively, why not let your kids color the entire set of dinosaur coloring pages? And once they’re done, let your kids learn how to draw their own dinosaur in just a few steps.
Take the time to make this dinosaur craft, especially if your child is very interested in dinosaurs.
This will make children even more interested in learning and discovering these ancient creatures.
What you need:
Cut the sheet of paper in half.
Paint half of the paper with blue paint.
Cut out the template.
Take time to draw around the head, legs and tail on blue paper.
Draw around the bonny panels on green paper.
You can draw five smaller panels instead of just three.
Stick moving eyes on your face.
Draw the mouth and nose with a black marker.
With the blue marker, we will now draw dots on the back of the stegosaurus.
Draw fingernails on its feet with a black marker.
Glue the dinosaur neck to the body.
Glue the legs onto the dinosaur’s body.
Next, you will want to glue the dinosaur’s tail.
The tail is what makes the dinosaur look big and strong!
Don’t forget to stick the scales on the body of the paper plate.
This paper plate dinosaur is ready to explore the forests and mountains!
Feel free to use a variety of colors to design your dinosaur the way you want!
