Paper Plate Frog

Make the most interesting small paper frog crafts together. This cunning creativity uses a cut paper in half to make the whole frog’s body as well as the head of the frog, all leading to the frog that looks interesting and handy that your child will like to do.

If your child likes to make crafts with paper disks, they will like to do this.

We made the eyes with big eyes, while they look really great in this project, can easily be swapped with blank paper (and students mark black).

If you are planning to make a spring board in your classroom, these will look really great.

How to make paper frog

What you need:

  • pencil
  • drag
  • Assign glue
  • Paper
  • Colored paper (red and two green)
  • Blue paint (acrylic, watercolor or any other type)
  • brush
  • Two big eyes
  • Black marking point

Step by step

You will need a paper to make the body of the frog and the frog head.

There are children painted green.

To paint dry.

Cut the paper in half.

Turn pieces to the edges overlapping, then paste them together.

Cut out two large green circles from darker green paper and paste them on the upper part of the paper.

Add big eyes or eyes made of white paper.

Then, let them draw a smile and two nostrils with a point marking black.

There are children cut a round strip from red paper and attach it to the mouth.

The frog now needs two legs.

There are children who cut their front legs from green paper lighter and glued them into their bodies.

Draw and cut two frog legs from blue paper.

Tip: Draw the number two to help design the foot.

Then, let them paste the hind legs on each side of the body.

And so our paper frog has been made!
