How to make paper plates
What you need:
- printable template (optional)
- pencil
- drag
- glue
- paper plate
- colored paper (brown, pink and green)
- blue acrylic paint
- paint brush
Step-by-step instructions
Cut out the inside of the paper plate.
The most effective way to do this is to cut a vertical line on the sheet and then cut out the rest in the middle.
The edge of the paper plate will act as a frame on the craft paper plate.
Paint the outside of the edge of the paper plate blue.
Draw a tree the size of one you can tape to the edge of the plate on brown paper.
You can be as creative as you want with this tree.
Cut tree shape.
Draw small flowers on pink paper.
Again, you can be as creative with the flowers as possible.
Go ahead and cut them out.
Now draw the leaves on green paper.
Cut off leaves.
Glue the tree to the back of the paper plate.
Trim the excess.
Carefully glue the branches.
Now you can start gluing the flowers onto the tree.
Next, you can glue the leaves onto the tree.
The finished piece will have leaves, flowers, and a large tree!
We love how it turned out!
You can make some extra things for your friends!
Have fun and stay tuned!
