Today we want to share with you a turtle craft where we make a turtle out of paper plates (paper plates don’t just scream to be crafted into this adorable animal).
This mother and baby turtle craft was quite a bit of work, wasn’t it?
Easy Paper Plate Turtle Craft
What you need:
- paper plate
- drag
- token
- green paper
- Googly eyes
- glue
To make a large parent turtle, use a regular, full-size paper plate. To make a smaller turtle, cut the middle out of a regular paper plate. Use the smaller, circular middle for your baby turtle.
Decorate the turtle shell with markers, no need to stick to just one color here.
Cut out the head, four legs and tail using scissors and green cardstock. Glue them to the underside of the shell.
Add bulging eyes to the head.
