This is just a preview of some of the puppets included in this set (and they all come in black and white, as well as pre-colored puppets with two skin tones). Working tirelessly to ensure our safety and health, nurses and firefighters are true community heroes!

What about the teachers and doctor puppets? They dedicate their lives to helping others grow, whether it be in knowledge or health.

Through their ingenuity, these two printable puppets bring color and beauty to the world around us. Assemble a gardener and a hairdresser puppet with your child!

Do more! To keep our communities safe and informed, police officers and reporters play an important role in maintaining order.

How to make printable crowdsourcing puppets

What you need:

Step-by-step instructions

Print the template and let your child color the letters if you print it in black and white.

These steps apply to every puppet in our collection!

Cut the puppet parts along the dotted lines.

Prepare the cutouts: two finger straps, a police puppet and a mustache if you want.

Have the child fold the two straps marked with a dashed line, preparing to assemble.

Instruct children how to fold three lines along the dotted lines, starting from the upper mouth.

Then there’s the bottom part.

And finally the middle of the inner mouth. Bring the top and bottom folds together to close the puppet’s mouth.

See how the mouth is folded inward.

Apply glue to the strap section and glue one strap to the back of the puppet’s upper mouth.

Repeat with the other one, stick it at the bottom!

Attach the mustache to the officer’s face.

All done!

It’s time for puppetry!

Now your children can enjoy their adorable community helper puppets.
