Printable Christmas Ornaments to Color
Are you ready to start making your unique decorations?
What you need
- ornament templates to color (also available in pre-colored versions) download here —–>printable christmas ornaments
- printer
- paper (thicker paper is better but you can also use regular printer paper)
- drag
- highlighters, pencils, or other material you want to use (like gold or silver gel pens).
- glue (glue is great)
- tape
- thread to hang
Start by cutting out circles. You will need two circles for each ornament.
Using a pen/marker (or equivalent tool – ruler, pen tip, craft knife…) draw along the dashed lines (press firmly as you draw).
Fold the edges of the paper “inside”.
This is exactly what you will see right now.
Cut the thread, tie it into a loop and secure it inside the ornament with tape (as shown). Make sure the loop stays on the outside of the ornament.
Now let’s assemble the ornament. Start by applying glue to only one flap (one half of the ornament). Glue the other half of the ornament onto the first half (flap on flap). Allow the glue to dry completely before continuing. Once the glue is dry, continue applying glue to the other flaps until you have completed the entire piece.
Hang on the Christmas tree.
