When it comes to Thanksgiving, we think turkey crafts are one of the most fun crafts kids can make. What a stupid animal.
What you need:
We recommend printing this on cardstock, but it also works well with regular printer paper.
Have your child color the template if you print it in black and white. Once ready, cut the turkey corner bookmark printout.
There is a dark diagonal line marked on the turkey bookmark, have children cut along that line.
Make sure they don’t cut across the entire diagonal, just the bold line.
The next step is about folding. Make folds along all the dashed lines (two of them).
Now it’s time to create bookmarks. Just fold around, naturally following the line of the fold you made along the dotted lines.
Press down firmly to make the folds neat.
Apply glue to the triangular area marked with the word glue.
Press the last cap down and hold it in place for a bit to let the glue set.
All done! Your printable turkey corner bookmark is ready to meet that book.
