When it comes to Easter crafts for kids, the theme is usually bunnies, chicks, Easter eggs and maybe a sheep or two.
When it comes to paper plate crafts, you can easily make all of these animals (except Easter eggs), and today we will show you how to make an Easter bunny.
What you need:
- a paper plate
- paint
- paper
- glue
- drag
- Googly eyes
Step by step instructions
Start by painting the paper plate (or keep it white if you want a white bunny).
Let the paint dry.
Once the paint is dry, fold the paper plate in half.
Cut in half.
Take one half and fold into a cone.Glue or pin them together (if using glue, we often use clothespins to hold everything in place while the glue dries).
Cut bunny ears out of paper the same color as the bunny or from a paper plate.
Create the inner ear.
Glue the bunny hat.
Add fluttering or bulging eye patches, a triangular nose, and draw a mustache and mouth.
Done! Your paper plate bunny is ready to rock.
Just push or pull it to the side and watch it move.
