What you need:

  • a paper plate
  • paint
  • paper
  • glue
  • drag
  • googly eyes

Step-by-step instructions

Start by painting the paper plate (or leave it plain white if you want a white bunny).

Let the paint dry.

After the paint dries, fold the paper in half.

Cut in half.

Take one half and fold it into a cone shape.

Glue or staple together (if using glue, we like to use clothespins to hold everything in place while the glue dries).

Cut bunny ears out of paper the same color as the bunny or from a paper plate.

Create the inner ear.

Glue onto the bunny hat.

Add stickers for wiggly or googly eyes, a triangular nose, and draw whiskers and mouth.

Done! Your paper plate bunny is ready to rock.
