Just print the PDF scissor skills worksheet, grab a pair of scissors and you’re ready to go! There are also multiple versions included so you can give your class the versions they need.
We’ve included quite a few different patterns for kids to cut from straight lines to zig-zags and even spirals, so there are many different difficulty options.
The entire set is also available in two sizes, with the smaller sizes being more challenging.
There are a total of 10 different scissor skill templates, and you can get the black and white templates for free.
Setting up this activity is easy!
Just print the appropriate Santas and have your child cut along the dotted lines.
There are 10 black and white scissor skills activity sheets that your child can color for the first time.
You can also use them as tracing practice; it’s best to print colored ones for this and laminate them.
If you laminate them, you can use them multiple times (for tracing).
Colored things can absolutely be used as crafts using scissor skills.
Fun idea: after the child finishes cutting, ask him to roll the paper to curl Santa’s beard.
