What makes this card special is the words the child writes inside.
There are four leaves inside the card where children are asked to write a few adjectives that describe their mother.
What you need:
Start by printing out a Mother’s Day thank you card template. We recommend using heavier printer paper, but regular printer paper works well too.
Have children write words that describe their mother on the flower leaves.
Next is coloring.
Crayons, markers, or colored pencils are all great to use.
You can ask children to color plants and pots with the colors that their mother loves the most.
You can ask them to color the background or leave it white.
There are two versions of this card, one with the words “Thank you for helping me grow” printed on the pot and one with space for kids to add their own notes.
Cut out the template.
Make folds along the dashed lines.
Have your child run his fingers through the folds to make them sharper.
Once the card is complete, kids can give a beautiful Mother’s Day thank you card to mom on her special day.
Create a meaningful and creative craft with your little ones for Mother’s Day!
We hope it brings joy and a sense of appreciation to all the wonderful mothers out there.
Easy and fun!
Happy Mother’s Day and make this beautiful card as a family!
