Vegetables Coloring Pages – Free Printable

Even though vegetables are notoriously unpopular with kids, I just know they will love these free printable fruit and vegetable coloring pages. Although truth be told, most kids love vegetables, but at least some of them!

We’re big fans of coloring pages here because if kids like to color (not all kids do!) these babies are super calm!

You can use these as a way to keep the kids busy for a while and let them go crazy with color – I mean why do eggplants have to be purple? Maybe it’s an eggplant from outer space! You can also use them as part of the garden.

Free printable vegetable coloring pages

This package has 11 pages and it covers what we consider vegetables from a cooking point. Some of these are actually fruits so if you’re going to use these to teach about vegetables, you might want to leave out some or none, or yeah… This is confusing! So we have;

vegetable

  • Lettuce
  • onion
  • potato
  • carrot
  • broccoli

Fruit (technically – by botanical standards)

  • eggplant
  • corn
  • pepper
  • tomatoes (despite having been declared a vegetable by the courts ha!)

Something completely different

  • mushrooms (not even trees)

There is also a page that has most of the vegetables (and apparently fruits and other things) in one page!

Hope you learned something new here too (I admit I knew nothing about corn – thought it was a vegetable – before making these but I tested it before posting to be sure – you really learn something new every day).

But enough small talk!
