Christmas Pop Up Cards

What if you could create a pop-up card that would make your kids laugh and smile? Introducing these Christmas pop-up cards that you can make for the holiday season.

When you close this card, the character will return. However, when you open the card, they will pop out. You can easily do this!

How to make a pop up Christmas card

What you need:

Step by step instructions

If you are ready to make a Pop Up Christmas card, you can start by printing out a template that you like. Which one will be your favorite?

Check out all the cool templates to choose from!

You can also print out one of the templates in color. If your child just wants to print out the template and put it together, this is a great way to do it.

Cut the pattern as you like.

Once printed, fold it in half.

Cut along the dotted lines to cut out the mouth.

The result should look like this!

Pay attention to the corners of the mouth….

Then fold it as you see in the picture.

As you can see, it makes the mouth look protruding.

Fold the card again to keep the crease.

When you open it up, you can see the result. How cute is that pop-up mouth?

Now you will take glue and stick the back of the template to a piece of red cardstock.

Now, when the card is opened or closed, the card mouth will also open and close.

You can give these cards during the holidays or make crafts with your family.
