Hedgehog Corner Bookmark

  • brown origami paper
  • paper, slightly darker than “original brown paper” – there are often more shades of brown in origami paper packs
  • white paper, black marker
  • glue, scissors

Start by folding the origami paper diagonally in both directions.

Fold into a triangle with the colored side out.

Fold the top of the triangle down (just one sheet of paper) as shown in the image below.

Fold the left corner of the triangle to the center. Repeat with the right corner, making sure you fold both sides evenly and unfold both sides.

Fold the right corner up. Repeat with the left corner. Fold evenly.

Put both “pieces” in the bag.

Glue a dark brown paper inside the corner bookmark. Use a pencil to draw a spine outline. Take out the dark paper and cut along the traced line. Add glue and insert into the corner bookmark.
