How to draw a Christmas tree

What you need:

  • Our printable template (optional)
  • paper
  • marker or pencil
  • coloring materials

Simple step by step drawing of Christmas tree

Step 1

Start by drawing an upside down V shape (or an incomplete A).

Step 2

Draw a curve connecting the two open ends of your shape.

Step 3

Draw a similar but slightly larger shape below the first one.

Step 4

And one more, a little bigger than the second one. See? You’re almost done!

Step 5

Draw a star at the top and a stem at the bottom. Easy! And you’re almost done.

Step 6

Decorate! You can add all the decorations you want – we kept it simple, just adding a few circles and ribbons.

Done! You have learned how to draw a Christmas tree. Easy right!
