What you need

Step-by-step instructions

Start by making the base for your craft. You can make it as large as a full sized sheet of letter/A4 paper or smaller (we like a quarter sheet the best).

Cut a strip of yellow paper.

This will make the bee’s body. You can draw black stripes with a marker or glue black paper stripes (now or later).

Apply glue to one end and form a roll.

Stick the paper roll onto the base.

If not, glue black paper stripes onto the bee’s body.

Your body looks like this now.

Make a smaller roll of yellow paper and glue it on top of the body.

This will make your head bee.

Add googly eyes or draw eyes.

Cut a pair of wings from white or light blue paper and glue them onto the bee’s body.

Cut a long triangle (stinger) from black paper and glue it inside the bee’s body.

Finally, cut two antennae and glue them on or above the bee’s head.

All has been done! Now you know How to make a paper bee.
