If you need a super sweet back-to-school idea for your child, this LEGO brick apple bag is perfect!
This would also make a fun gift for your students (if you’re teaching a small class) to welcome them back at the beginning of the school year or at an apple-themed birthday party (if because whatever reason you decide to throw one).

This idea was inspired by these adorable LEGO pumpkin bags and when we’re back to school we’re feeling an apple!
So what do you need to make these cute little items?
- red LEGO bricks
- cellophane wrap (or even a handle bag is better)
- green paper
- wool yarn (or any other thick yarn)
I used a letter-sized sheet of cellophane and used two handfuls of different red LEGO bricks, testing to see if the amount made a circle (I imagine this would be easier more if you use round treat bags). Make sure all the tiles are in the middle of the wrap – now we can close it. Bring the cellophane over the bricks (all 4 corners) and wrap it around the wool just above the bricks – cut off the excess cellophane to create a nice enough shape.
Cut a leaf shape from green paper and attach it to your LEGO brick apple.
