Paper House My Family Craft

Living in a house with family is a blessing in life. This My Family Craft paper house is a perfect craft for your child to color their house and express their family.

Your kids will LOVE coloring a house that looks like their real life home. This is a great craft activity about myself or my family.

This craft is really fun for kids to make because it is personal.

How to make a paper house My Family Craft

What you need:

Step by step instructions

Print paper house model.

Cut out a paper house template. You can help your child do this.

Fold the house along the dotted lines as shown.

Continue folding along the dotted lines.

Fold along the lines on the other side. You will fold down each side of the roof.

You will glue the roof to the house.

Check out the options you have for creating families inside the template.

Use the template to glue a family photo onto the inside of the card. You can also have your child draw a family photo on the inside of the card.

As you can see, the finished product is perfection in the eyes of the kids. They see a house with their family inside. This is a great project to do while you talk about family! These house models make great classroom or refrigerator decorations. Let your kids share what they decide to make inside the paper house.
