How to make a paper lantern frog

What you need:

Step by step instructions

Print frog lantern pattern.

If your child enjoys coloring frogs, print out the black and white frog template.

You can print a “colored” version of the frog template.

Fold the lining in half. Your child may need a little help with this part, but that’s okay!

Once folded in half, you can cut each line. Be sure not to cut across the unbroken line!

Take the glue and apply it.

Place the lines you cut earlier and glue the entire sheet of paper onto the frog’s belly.

Add glue to the side.

It is best to fold the paper into a circle.

Take the frog legs and fold them accordion style.

Fold both of the frog’s legs like an accordion.

Now you will want to glue the head.

Time to glue the arms to the frog.

The final image of the frog should look something like this!

This frog is really fun for kids!

They can hop frog legs and sing frog songs!
