Since you loved our handmade heart flower pattern so much, I decided this would be a variety and I got some fun unfoldable cards (well sketched out).

I thought I’d start with something simple and seasonal so I added another flower, this time tulips.

These cards are quite easy to fold and if you write a cute message inside, they make the best cards to give to friends, family or teachers.

Are you ready to make a bouquet of paper tulips? Let’s cut and fold!

Look at the last fold you made – the double tulip fold. You need to push this fold “inside the tulip”. First one side.

And then there was that one.

If you did it right, you should see a tulip shaped flower.

Color the craft sticks green. Let the paint dry.

Apply a small amount of glue to one end.

Press the folded paper tulip into the glue.

Allow the glue time to set (press the glue down with your finger).

Have an extra sheet of butterfly paper that you can use, especially if you are printing on colored paper.

Color one of the butterflies and cut it out.

Svg%3E

Glue the butterfly to a paper clip or a small clothespin.

Svg%3E

Attach the butterfly to the flower – this will help keep the flower closed.

Now for finishing touches, cut a leaf from green paper and glue it onto the paper tulip.
