What you need

  • Colorful pom poms in various sizes
  • glue dot
  • Googly eyes

Choose the pom pom you want to use. Take the first pom pom (head or tail) and press it onto the glue dot. Press so that the glue dot sticks to the pom pom. Peel it off and place the other pom pom on top of the glue dot, gluing them together.

Continue with the other pom poms.

While all parts of this caterpillar may be the same size and color, there is really no rule to this. This little guy will be green with a slightly larger yellow head.

Glue a pair of round eyes on the head and your cute little caterpillar is ready to flutter.

See how easy this is to make? I’m sure your kids will be making lots of these.
