You can print all the activities and bind them into a fun learning book like we did (perfect for revision) or you can use the activities individually. The pages can be laminated or you can use page protectors as an easier alternative (although you will still need to laminate the smaller sections).
Print out all the pages you will be using. Laminate and Velcro (we have simple assembly instructions printed on most sheets).
Six basic shapes need to be assembled. Each ladybug (ladybugs are super cute) holds a sketched shape in their hand, assemble them.
One of our favorite activities in this book – master telling time to 5 minutes. Clock hands on this one!
Place the number boxes into the digital clock at the bottom and place the clock hands in the correct position.
Fun, right? You can adjust the difficulty by removing certain boxes – for example, only have your child practice telling time by the hour or by the half hour.
Color matching.
Match the snail houses with the correct snail, look at the number in the ten box and place the correct snail house on top. We also have an activity page about identifying the number of ladybugs in the pack.
Combine analog time with digital time.
Put the two halves of the beetle together.
Match the letters.
What’s next? Look at the colors of the balls and complete the pattern.
Look at the patterns and colors of the butterfly wings and match them together.
Observe the shapes of the bugs and arrange them in the correct order.
