How to make printable monster finger puppets
What you need:
Step-by-step instructions
Print out the form. Both color and black-and-white models are included.
If your child is planning to make a black and white puppet, have them color the puppets first.
Have your child carefully cut along the dotted lines along the puppet. Also ask them to cut two paper strings off the page.
Then, fold along the puppet’s mouth (there is a dashed line indicating where you should fold).
Make another crease below the mouth.
Bring the lower mouth and head together to create mouth creases.
Fold it beautifully.
Take the paper strap and fold it along the line.
Let’s start putting your puppet together!
Take the first strip of paper, add some glue and stick it on your puppet. Make sure you leave enough space for your fingers.
You’re on your way to making a great finger friend!
Repeat the process with the remaining strip of paper and tape it to the side of the puppet’s mouth.
Hold it tightly for a while until the glue hardens.
All done!
