This is a super fun project for origami beginners and kids, and also a great project to encourage reading! Let’s make a Rudolph the Reindeer origami corner bookmark.
We had so much fun with these DIY monster corner bookmarks a while ago that we thought it was time to make something Christmasy this time.

For this easy origami you will need
You can also download the free reindeer origami bookmark folding diagram at the end of this tutorial.
Start by folding the origami paper (you can absolutely use regular brown paper for this project) diagonally in both directions.
Fold into a triangle (colored side out). Fold evenly.
Now, fold the top part of the triangle down to the bottom (just one sheet of paper). You should now see a white square inside the triangle.
Now, fold the right corner of the triangle to the center. Do the same with the left corner. Fold evenly and unfold.
Now fold the right corner up and do the same with the left corner. Fold evenly.
Place both “pieces” in the bag. This reindeer corner bookmark is now ready to decorate.
Cut out two antlers from dark paper, a red nose (or brown if you are making a regular reindeer) and two white circles for the eyes. Draw two black dots for the eyes and glue everything in place.
