Even though Mother’s Day is over (and even more so than Valentine’s Day) there are still plenty of reasons to make this adorable heart-shaking craft!

This is a fun project for all ages – you can create simple designs with larger pebbles with preschoolers (like a heart shape here, maybe a house, circle, squares..) or create more complex designs with small stones that can even be more than one color with older kids – the end result will always be great (even if things don’t work out). out as planned).Get your hands on this heart-shaking craft
What you need
- canvas (we plan to make an old painting) or cardstock
- gravel
- colors for canvas and stones – acrylic colors are very effective – for stones we use acrylic spray – because this way we color all the stones in one minute
- brushes for painting canvas (sponge brushes always win)
- school glue
Start by coloring the canvas and the stone (you can also leave it in a natural color, depending on the stone color it can turn out really cool).
When everything dries, apply a generous amount of white glue to the canvas and start placing the pebbles. The school glue will take quite a while to dry this way but it is strong enough to hold the pebbles in place once dry!
