  • stretch yarn
  • toothpick

Step by step instructions

Print out the templates provided at the end of this article.

You can use the color version or the black and white version, then color it as you like.

Cut out the mask shape.

You can cut a small hole before continuing with scissors to make it easier to cut the hole.

Use scissors to cut holes for eyes at the marked locations.

Cut them out nicely.

Do the same with all the masks if you are making multiple masks at once.

Use a toothpick and punch holes through the black dots on each side.

Thread a small amount of elastic yarn through one hole (starting from the back of the mask) and tie a tight knot.

Measure around your head to find the length of yarn you need, then cut the yarn.

Thread the remaining end of the yarn through the second hole and tie a tight knot.

Done! This wasn’t a difficult project, was it?

Now put on your mask! See how funny you look!

Get ready to trick your family, friends and neighbors and have some silly laughs!

Maybe you can also throw a lively party at your home.
