Why have a regular Christmas tree when you can have a Christmas tree made from spinning paper plates!
This project is really fun and you can decorate with our printable or make your own little decorations.
Feeling festive yet? We certainly are and we’ve started sharing new Christmas craft ideas for kids this year (we love seeing our fun collection grow).
This Christmas paper plate craft is perfect to do in the classroom as it makes the most amazing and fun display – you need a regular tree when you can have a bunch of these twists and turns.
We even created a printable template with little ornaments that kids can color and decorate to put on their little paper plate tree, or they can create their own ornaments.
This product is great for fine motor skills and scissor skills (for preschoolers and kindergarteners with adult assistance).
Are you ready to have fun making this, let’s get started.
What you need:
Gems, glitter glue and other wonderful decorations are all welcome.
Also:
Paint the paper plate green (preferably on both sides).
Slow and steady wins the race.
If not, make your own decorations.
