Are you hosting a Halloween party and need an easy project for the kids to do? Let them make these adorable and spooky DIY bat corner bookmarks! This is a fun origami project for kids.

DIY Bat Corner Bookmark
What you need
- black origami paper
- black paper (preferably construction paper)
- wobble eye patch
- white paper
- drag
- glue
- pencil
Step by step instructions
Fold the origami paper diagonally on both sides.
Fold into a triangle (colored side out).
Hold the top of the triangle and fold towards the bottom of the triangle (towards the center). Fold evenly.
Hold the left corner and fold towards the bottom center of the triangle.
Do the same with the other corner. Fold it carefully.
Open both ends.
Grasp the left corner and fold it towards the top of the triangle. Crease.
Do the same with the other corner. Fold the left “flap” into the pocket.
Do the same with the other one.
Glue two wiggle eye stickers to the corner of your bookmark that will form a bat. Cut two wings out of black construction paper. Cut two fangs out of white paper. Glue these to your bookmark.
Bat shaped bookmarks are ready to take a bite out of your favorite books.

- Fold origami paper diagonally (to form a triangle)
- Fold the top corner of one of the paper layers down.
- bring the left and right corners to the middle, fold
- expand the angles
- Fold the left corner toward the top of the triangle
- repeat with the right
- decorate
