What you need:
A must-have book with over 100 easy-to-follow guided drawing tutorials for kids. With a variety of animals, magical creatures, vehicles, food, plants and more, your child will never get bored.
We’ll start by drawing a simple tiger face. Create head shape.
The first details to add are a pair of ears and a rounded shape for the muzzle.
Fill in the tiger head drawing with all the details – a pair of eyes and eyebrows, nose, mouth and teeth. Also draw another set of circles inside the ear.
In this next step you will complete the drawing of the tiger’s head – draw the characteristic stripes.
This step may look a bit complicated but it will make drawing the tiger’s body easier. Start by drawing one leg (left line). Also, draw a curved line (on the right) to make the tiger’s body.
Now draw a line from the head to the bottom left part (left line) to make the belly. Also draw a hind leg.
Almost there! Draw another leg. Also draw the tail.
Add details in the legs and if there is space between the back and front legs, draw a line between them to complete the belly.
Last step, the most important step: draw stripes on your tiger drawing.
All has been done! You have learned how to draw a tiger. Is he or she cute? All that’s left to do is color your cartoon tiger.
