Are you ready for some Christmas crafts? We have another fun craft idea for you – make a Christmas tree craft out of paper strips!
What a fun way to practice cutting and fine motor skills, while creating a great project.
*This article contains affiliate links*We love Christmas tree projects! And if you frequent this corner of the internet, you know we love crafting with construction paper strips. Making a paper strip Christmas tree is just a matter of time.
This is a great project to do in the classroom and you can adapt it to different age groups with a few changes – doing crafts with preschoolers? Ask them to make wider strips or have you cut them out. Preschoolers should be able to complete this project on their own.
Older kids can “upgrade” this Christmas tree craft by making thinner tree strips and adding small Christmas ornaments to the tree itself.
You can also use this idea to make a large bulletin board or classroom door decoration, just make the tree really big.
Let’s start crafting!
