Valentine Bee Craft

Are you ready to spread some love this Valentine’s Day? Make this Valentine’s Bee Craft and you’re sure to brighten someone’s day!

Ask your child to make one for each of his or her friends and teachers.

We’ve been sharing a bunch of animal heart crafts and we’re excited to add another bee to the collection. This bee is absolutely beautiful!

Look at how the hearts make up the shape of the bee’s body.

You can make this decorative craft or use it as a Valentine’s Day card.

We guarantee you will complete this project in no time – it is not a difficult project.

How to make Valentine Bee crafts

What you need:

  • drag
  • black cardboard
  • yellow cardboard
  • Googly eyes
  • blue paper
  • glue
  • pencil
  • black pencil

Let’s create!

Step by step instructions

Draw a heart shape on black cardboard.

Cut out the heart shape.

Draw a smaller heart shape on yellow cardboard.

Cut out the heart shape.

Draw a third, smaller heart shape on black cardboard.

Cut out the heart shape.

And finally, draw the fourth (smallest) heart shape on the yellow cardboard.

Cut out this heart shape.

Apply some glue and stick the hearts together as shown in the picture.

Draw the bee’s head.

Cut off the bee head and attach it to the heart body.

Draw two wings. Use blue paper.

Cut out wings and glue them to the back of the heart.

Attach the bulging eyes to the head.

Use black eyeliner to draw a heart-shaped bee mouth.

Cut two thin strips. Use black cardboard.

Draw and cut out two small yellow hearts.

Glue each of these hearts to the top of each black stripe.

Glue the stripes to the back of the bee’s head.

Done! Our bee is ready to fly!
