What you need:

Start by drawing an oval for the turtle’s shell.
Inside that oval draw another shape.
Draw the head and tail.
Next draw the legs (also known as fins), starting with the first pair and then drawing the next pair.
Now we will add some details to the shell.
Last but not least, draw the eyes and a few lines along the edge of the “inner” oval.
