Follow the step-by-step instructions
Start by painting the paper plate green. Let the paint dry.
Fold the paper plate in half, making sure the crease is visible.
Cut along the fold to get two halves of the paper plate.
Fold into a cone, unfold and glue one side, fold into a cone again.
Let the glue dry for a short time. We often use clothespins to hold things in place while the glue dries.
Time to decorate! Draw a star on yellow paper.
Cut out the star.
Stick it on top of the wrapping paper Christmas tree.
Add other decorations… Cut paper strips, add gems, ribbons… Whatever you like!
Glue ornaments on the tree.
Paper really works well.
You can even use your fingers to decorate.
Done! Your shaking paper plate Christmas tree is ready!
