Your kids have made some great homemade Valentine’s Day gifts and now it’s time to wrap them. Why not let them make their own Valentine’s Day wrapping paper and take it to the next level.
This DIY wrapping paper would be great for wrapping gifts (you could actually use it for all holidays) or as an envelope for a card for that special someone.
What you need
Open the wrapping paper and pour a spoonful of pink and red paint onto the paper plate, then use a paintbrush or your fingertips to spread it evenly.
Cut out a few hearts from foam and press one side of the foam heart onto the red or pink paint (making sure the entire stamp is covered in paint (or paint the stamp with a paintbrush).
Carefully pull the bottom of the heart away to remove the foam heart. Repeat steps 2-4, stamping the heart shape in a corner pattern.
You can add some glitter to make the wrapping paper shiny.
Let dry or use a hair dryer to dry quickly. Cut paper and wrap gift.
With thousands of printable crafts, activities, worksheets, coloring pages, and drawing tutorials, you’ll always have the resources you need at your fingertips. Perfect for parents and teachers alike!
