Chicken rolled in paper

Making a paper chick requires just a few ingredients!

How to make paper-rolled chicken

What you need:

  • toilet paper roll
  • yellow paint
  • drag
  • hot glue gun
  • orange construction paper
  • sharp eyes

Instructions step by step

Gather all the materials you need to make this craft.

Paint the toilet paper roll yellow.

You’ll want to do this a few hours before you plan to do the craft so it has time to dry!

Go ahead and mark the toilet paper roll where you need to cut.

The parts you cut are for the chick’s wings, head, and body.

You will glue the head to the chick’s body.

Press firmly to ensure the chicken’s head remains in place.

Next, you will use super glue to attach the wings to the chick.

You will get this wing shape by cutting a small part of a toilet paper roll in half.

Next, you will cut a heart shape from orange construction paper.

Then, you will glue the entire chicken to the heart-shaped feet.

You will also want to make a small beak using orange construction paper.
