The honeycomb is the most beautiful part of the hive. Honeycombs are actually hexagonal wax prisms built by honeybees. While this is just an example of a honeycomb and bees, it is still fun to put together. This is also a fun craft to do along with a unit on bees and beehives.
What you need:
Print honeycomb pattern.
Color the honeycomb pattern yellow to resemble a honeycomb.
Cut out the bee pattern.
Color the bees according to their real life appearance.
Color the wings and place glue in the position indicated on the template.
Glue the bee’s sides together.
Glue wings to the bee.
Arrange the bees together as shown in the picture.
Take the colored honeycomb and cut it out. Start gluing the pieces onto the black paper.
Put everything together and put the bees in the hive.
